In addition to our specialty practice in Advanced Technology, our consultants have conducted searches for companies in industries such as public utilities, financial services, health care, printing/publishing, insurance, higher education and not-for-profit. This knowledge enables us to meet your needs. Experience: Over a period of 20-plus years, EFL Associates has gained a reputation for its expertise in the retained executive search field. As a result, the firm is well regarded nationally for its ability to recruit to any city in the country. Our experience includes successfully recruiting for top corporate executives, such as CEO and president, in all industry segments and in all functional disciplines across the organization chart. Methodology: Our methodology relies on eight formal steps to ensure that a client's search is handled professionally and smoothly from the outset to conclusion. We begin by carefully creating a position profile in collaboration with the client, identifying candidates through development of target companies, accessing Internet resources and researching our own proprietary database. This ensures several hundred possible candidates are considered for each assignment. Through in-depth evaluation and personal interviews, a slate of finalist candidates is presented to the client for careful consideration. Once the client selects its top choice, EFL Associates will assist in negotiations and final discussions to ensure "job offer acceptance and a comfortable transition to the new employer." Our methodology relies heavily on a team approach involving consultants, researchers and our other support staff, working in conjunction with the client organization.
